And I am still with it..
I walked 1 mile
I ran 1/2 a mile..
It did not hurt like I thought it might.
Found that the BEST music to run to is UB40
..Don’t you judge me!!
I am going to a Yoga class tonight and tomorrow walking a few miles with a friend..
Just thought I would mark my progress here..
If I am having a mid-life crisis.. I pray to god I do not recover..
